WHAT EXACTLY IS EMPIRE BIKE WORKS?
Empire Bike works is a small Bicycle Repair shop in Albany, NY. It's just me Jack, just another teenager who is following his passion. right now I'm working out of my very own shed on the front lawn. I first started doing this in 2019 on my front porch with minimal tools and little to no experience. I started working on my bike because I got too impatient with the turnaround time at bike shops. Since then I've learned a lot and am currently interning at another shop with someone who has made me a much better mechanic. My mission is to fix people's bikes with the same quality as the big shops but with a much faster turnaround time.
PRICING

BASIC TUNE UP: $45
Cleaning and lubing of chain
Front and rear derailleur adjustment
Brake adjustment
FANTASTIC FIX: $75
Wash bike
Cleaning and lubing of chain
Front and rear derailleur adjustment

Replace all cable and housing
HOURLY RATE: $60
Everything that is not included in the basic tune-up and the fantastic fix is charged by the hour.

As of now, I don't have any set hours because I have school and other things going on. although I don't have any set hours I do everything I can to work around my client's schedule.
